well had my massage today IAM so thankful for Rebecca she keeps me centered ,than I went to the River for a while didn't win but had fun for awhile and had a couple of drinks than brought herb dinner and went to the Firehouse to meet Paul and mike and girl and had so much fun singing talking almost dancing lol and had a shot or two with the girls ,happy birthday Emile love ya .thanks to Tammy for a safe ride home guess I will get my walking in tomorrow to receive my car lol.
